Albert C. Lee, MD

Albert C. Lee, MD is Board Certified in Neurology as well as Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Queens University of Belfast, UK. While in medical school he was part of the Coulter Exhibition for Medicine and Neurology and he completed his neurology residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He received additional post-graduate training through the Mayo Clinic with specialized training in performing and interpreting EMG, EEG and injection therapy.

 

Sherry Hash, FNP-BC.

Sherry is a family nurse practitioner.  She completed both her Associate and Bachelor of Science at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and then earned her Master of Science degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.  She holds a national certification with the American Nurses

Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner.  She is a member of the American Nurses Association and IN State Nurses Association .

 

Heather Irelan FNP-C

Heather is a family nurse practitioner. She completed her Associates Degree of Nursing at Danville Area Community College in Danville, Illinois. Heather continued her education at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. She completed both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree at IWU. She holds a national certification with the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner.
